I am going to choose this rite as my Chaos banishing ritual. I found it initially on a page with a list of Chaos spells at http://www.magma.ca/~yeti/!Chaos.html. But where i've read about it, they're left some details out I believe. Here is the link to one...
http://www.angelfire.com/wizard2/awen/
And here is the rite I copied from the other source...
THE RITE OF THREE RAYS
Description:
This Rite is the equivalent of a druidic Gnostic Pentagram Ritual.
Instead of the Pentagram, it uses a form known as the "Awen", which is three rays eminating from a central point.
The right (gold) ray represents the masculine attributes of the Sun, the left (silver) ray represents the feminine attributes of the Moon,
and the center ray (the crystal ray) represents both and neither, the ray of possibility.
Procedure:
1. Raise the arms above the head, taking in a deep breath. As you lower your arms, intone the vowel "I". Make sure that your breath ends
just as your arms hit your side.
2. Repeat this last step, except intone "A" as you lower your arms.
3. Again, repeat this step, but intone "O".
4. Finally, repeat the step, but intone all three sounds (I, A, O) together into one continuous sound and breath. Picture the rays as you
draw them. The "I" is the left ray, the "A" is the middle ray, and the "O" is the right ray.
Now, it doesn't say what direction I should face when peforming this rite. If the Sun is the left ray, then surely I should face East for that ray. It also doesn't say I have to turn at all to cast the rays. By how the article is written it sounds like you just stay in one spot, doesn't mention turning in different directions at all. It's not very clear, so, can someone clear this one up for me? Thanks.
The Rite of Three Rays.

"Directions do not matter in this ritual as it is beyond the local influence of space and time."
I guess this may apply to The Rite of Three Rays too, maybe.
I don't really want to change my paradigm mid-ritual, you know, by doing the LBRP and then sigil magick. I want to keep it Chaos. Even tho, i've read in the Chaos Magick forum, many people doing the LBRP before their sigil magick, it's just confused to me, or maybe we have some mastery of paradigm shifts here? Still, I asked a friend/occult store assistant and he didn't recommend changing paradigm mid-ritual himself and said I should just stick to one. On the plus side, I've bought a ritual dagger, the store only had the choice of two, both made of the same materials, but shaped differently, I chose the one most appealing to me.

I'm going to try the Gnostic Pentagram ritual as my Chaos banishing ritual also, as instructed by Peter Carroll, since there's more specific information on that one.

I haven't even attempted The Rite of Three Rays since no one seems to know anything about it, and i've been performing the Gnostic Pentagram Ritual quite easily before sigil magick, so i'll stick to that.

As a chaote, I encourage you change paradigms as often as possible.
Like, you should have gone through two or three as you were reading this post.
As an all around magician, I encourage you to do whatever your most comfortable with.
Start out simple, and add details as you go on.
Magick is an art, not a science.
Get your ideas for ritual from others, but if you really want them to be edffective, you've got to make them your own.
amenyaho

The Rite of Three Rays.
This really sounds like Douglas Monroe mixed with Crowley.
Crowley seems to have garnered it from Hindu Mysticism.
It's one of the reasons why I almost never read anything less than 75 years old.
