I unplugged myself from watching TV almost 7 or 8 years ago, and I feel much better, have more time and watch only selected movies I have on CD's.
I wanted to get off the Internet also, but I think if you know how to use it, it's not so bad. I'm still not sure are forums good or bad, but thanks to some forums I found some very good and valuable information.
